Job Overview:

Carolina Dream Clean (www.carolinadreamclean.com) is seeking hardworking and reliable house/commercial cleaners.

What You Do:

- Setup your availability

- Specify areas in Charlotte you want to work

- Travel with your supplies to complete cleans in the following counties: Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and some of Union County.

- Get paid WEEKLY + Tips

What We Do:

- We do the marketing and selling of jobs

- We deal with customer communication and support

- We take care of customer collections

Carolina Dream Clean was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pay (tips, incentive bonuses based on performance, incentive bonuses for total jobs completed)

Baseline Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry (per customer basis)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Notify management of any repairs needed

- Taking before and after photos

Qualifications:

- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required (1 year minimum)
- Knowledge of floor care, carpet cleaning, and custodial duties preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent customer service skills (when needed)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
