Our rapidly growing cleaning company is looking for a cleaner that can handle some dirty work. Clients range from large, multi-story office buildings to small, assisted living facilities and homes. We currently focus on residential cleaning but we would like to expand our office cleaning catalog. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment through good hygiene. We are looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you re ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us. Cleaner Responsibilities. Include Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. The employee must be well kempt and pleasant with a welcoming personality in order to display our motto "Everything Done Decently and in order, Shining our lights all over the world!"

Must have the:
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Excellent organizational skills a must
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

No weekends
