We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance/Custodial worker. This role is essential in ensuring that our office environment remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for all employees and visitors.

Position Details:

Job Title: Maintenance/Custodial Worker

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Location: 2650 N Dixie Freeway, New Smyrna Beach, Fl 32168

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Assist with setup and breakdown for office events or meetings.

Monitor and report any building issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Property Maintenance and over sight

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
