Production Associate

A Production Associate is responsible for various tasks involved in the manufacturing process including assembly, packaging, quality control and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Production Tasks:

· Assembling components in daily goal-oriented assembly line to create finished goods.

· Packaging finished goods into pack boxes.

· Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the finished product meets quality standards.

· Perform daily cleaning maintenance and organization of work area.

Additional Duties:

· Inspecting incoming and outgoing items for damage.

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

· Operating shipping equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts and reach lift).

· Assisting with breaking down received package material and storing .

· Managing packaging supplies and ordering replacements.

· Assisting with inventory cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory.

Directly reports to: Operations Supervisor

Requirements:

· 4+ years’ experience: In a manufacturing warehouse setting.

· 1+ years’ experience: forklift and reach lift operator.

· Work accurately while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

· Understands a complies with OSHA Safety Standards.

· Ability to work well with others as a team and autonomously when required.

· Lift over 50 lbs.

· The Production Associate spends a majority of the workday on their feet in a hot (summer) and cold (winter) warehouse environment. CTS Fabrication USA, Inc. has developed heat and cold stress controls to ensure employee safety and comfort.

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Status: Full-Time (40 hours)

Hours- M-F 6am-2:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
No weekends
