Job Summary:

Are you a skilled cleaning professional seeking more opportunities? We’re looking for 3-5 outstanding Independent Contractors who have an LLC or manage their own clients and are looking to expand their workload. We’ll start dispatching clients to our contracted workers in mid/end of September once all positions have been filled.

Additionally, we offer opportunities for individuals who want to be their own boss.

As a contractor with us, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across New Haven County, ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and excellent customer service. Requirements:

1. Certificate of Insurance (COI): You must have a valid COI.

2. Supplies & Equipment: You must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.

3. Transportation: You must have reliable transportation.

4. Reviews: You must have excellent customer reviews.

5. Travel: You must be willing to travel throughout New Haven County.

6. Tech-Savvy: You must be able to clock in/out and submit photos via our app.

7. Contracts & Agreements: You must be ready to sign a contract, non-solicit, and integrity agreement.

8. Documentation: You must submit a Supply Checklist, Cleaning Checklist, and your Availability.

9. Payment Schedule: You must be okay with our Net 7 pay schedule.

10. Compensation: 60/40 split.
