Job Description

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional House Cleaners. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Our ideal candidate is trainable, reliable, passionate about cleaning, can work independently or with a team, and takes pride in their work.

Scope of Work

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms according to company standards.

- Residential Cleaning: Previous experience working in medium to large homes. Familiarity with handling delicate surfaces, high-end finishes, and luxury furnishings. Expertise in maintaining cleanliness and order in various living spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and methods to ensure the safety and health of clients and their families.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning to the management team.

- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any special requests or concerns.

- Follow a set schedule, arriving on time and completing assignments efficiently.

- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing The Local Cleaning Company.

Required Experience

- Previous Cleaning Experience: While not required, prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.

- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot and address areas that need cleaning or improvement.

- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with clients.

- Reliability: Consistently punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods.

- Smartphone: Must have a smartphone for communication and scheduling purposes.

- Language: Must speak English.

- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
