- Willing to work in extreme environments (hot sun, high places/roofs, and attics).

- Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

- Must have adequate interpersonal and communication skills; must deliver a high level of customer service.

- General construction experience and ability to work with various hand and power tools.

- Must be a team player. No one is above a particular task, but all team members must work together to be as efficient as possible.

- Be able to reliably show up as early as 6:00 am (during the summer)

Solar experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
