Restoration Technician

Overview:

Join our team as a Restoration Technician in a growing local restoration company. As a key member of our restoration crew, you will utilize your expertise in water damage restoration, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, fire restoration, and general building and restoration skills to bring damaged properties back to life.

Responsibilities:

- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out restoration and repair work.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to restore carpets to pre-damage condition.
- Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards and guidelines.
- Assist in fire restoration projects by cleaning, deodorizing, and restoring affected areas.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently build and restore damaged structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process.

Requirements:

- Experience preferred but not required.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks.
- Strong understanding of water damage restoration techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Certification in water damage restoration or related field is a plus.
