Floor Cleaning Tech - 1099 (IC) Independent Contractor

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Term of Contract: 3-months with a 3-month extension.

Flexible schedule. Pick the days you want to work and our team will handle booking appointments.

You will be responsible for the operations of one of our vans, including but not limited to: estimate work ups, setup, cleaning, breakdown of the van, clean out of van, restocking chemicals, making sure everything is in proper working order and condition.

The floor cleaning tech will be responsible for driving to the job in the company vehicle, setting up the truck mount cleaning unit and performing all tasks associated with carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile, grout, natural stone cleaning in high end residential and commercial properties located primarily in the East Valley.

Tech will be responsible for writing detailed notes of job estimates, sending pictures of before/after cleaning and using the company calendar for scheduling and updates.

Must be presentable.

Must be punctual, reliable, own/have access to your own vehicle with insurance, bank account, smart phone with internet access, speak/read English and be detail oriented.

Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and be on your feet all day.

Must be dependable, show up on time and ready to work.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must pass background check, as the business is licensed, bonded, and insured.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening and consent to random testing during contract period.
