Responsibilities:

Evaluate and resolve drain issues and determine best course of action to best meet the customers needs.
Ability to effectively communicate company recommendations to better assist customers
Ability to complete all tasks such as jetting and cable work, drain cleaning, maintenance and repair related to residential service calls
Perform all tasks in a timely manner while abiding by the highest lever of safety and quality standards
Inform and help customers understand the importance of sewer repair and when necessary, replacement
Common learned/used skills in determining drain and sewer problems may include: hydro jetting, snaking, cabling, camera inspections
Have a valid driver's license
