Past cleaning experience is appreciated but NOT REQUIRED!

You must be able to work well without too much oversight. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour + bonus + tips. Most of our crews make around $20-$22 per hour when tips and bonuses are included. If you are a top performer expect a raise of about $1.50 - $2.00 per year. In addition team leader promotions receive an extra $2 per hour.

Your wages (including bonus + tips) typically average around $500 - $700 per week. Sometimes higher than that for long term loyal employees.

Your schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Often times you will be off at around 3-4 PM.

Weekend work is available but not required. All major Holidays off.

Your hours will average at around 25 - 35 hours per week.

You will be expected to drive to and clean around 2-4 homes per day around the Colorado Springs, Monument and Surrounding areas.

You will be paid hourly for each home cleaned and receive reimbursements for Gas, Travel, as well as Supplies.

Paychecks weekly on Fridays.

A smartphone that you will use daily to access your schedule and clock in and out

You must be able to pass a criminal background check. If you aren't sure about this come and talk with us.
Must be willing and able to work in homes that have pets (such as cats and dogs).
Must be able to accommodate a start time of 8:30 AM. Must be available till 5:30 PM.
Must be able to pass our course to become a Licensed Professional House Cleaning. We pay to license you, your licensing fees and training are FREE TO YOU, and we pay you while you earn the license.

We require you to work and drive while there is snow. We cancel or delay based on the school district closest to our office. Are you able to drive/work on days where there is snow and the roads are still manageable?
