Our Roof Cleaning Technicians act as the face of Roof Maxx by interacting with our customers and completing their services.

To be successful in this role, you will complete an in-depth training process to ensure you have a firm grasp on our Roof Cleaning Process. Throughout your journey at Roof Maxx, you will be responsible for consistently following our process and completing work safely and effectively. Throughout the season, you will have real time visibility of your performance so you can celebrate your wins and identify where the Leadership Team can help nurture your growth.

Responsibilities:

Fully understand and execute Roof Maxx Process at every home or business serviced
Wow the client with the highest level of customer service at every job
Offer on-site recommendations for additional services

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
At least 1 year of power washing experience
Strong communication skills
Availability to work overtime
