We are currently is seeking a highly organized and experienced Director of Housekeeping/Laundry to lead our team of housekeepers in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry, and public areas.
Ensure all patient rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train new housekeeping staff members and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Manage departmental budgets and prepare reports on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Housekeeping Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards and procedures.
