Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential homes, rentals, and commercial buildings. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Job Type: W2 Cleaner

Pay starts at $18 per hour with pay increases to $21 per hour after training is complete.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently

Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Skills:
- Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Residential Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in residential homes.
- Sanitation: Follow proper sanitation practices to ensure a clean environment.
