Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drain Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in diagnosing and resolving drain issues, using various tools and equipment to clean and clear drains effectively.

Compensation

Base Hourly Rate $35 - $45 Per Hour (Experienced Only)
Additional performance-based bonuses
Potential annual earnings: up to $118,300 per year depending on billable hours performed.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve drain issues for residential and commercial properties.
Use specialized tools and equipment to clean and clear drains.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of drainage systems.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a drain cleaning technician or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of various drain cleaning tools and techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
