The ideal candidate must know about cleaning homes or businesses and feel comfortable working with diverse cleaning materials and equipment. They must be highly attentive to details and can work independently. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment in assigned areas in accordance with our company's standards.

This part-time position could transition into full-time, with a flexible schedule that requires occasional weekend and evening availability. We offer paid training, rapid pay advancement for good performance, monthly mileage, and laundry stipends, and we provide all the necessary supplies and equipment. The technician will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas according to company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
Report any maintenance or repair needs in assigned areas to the supervisor.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials and request replenishments as needed.
Follow established schedules and routines for cleaning designated areas.
Complete special projects or requests as directed by the supervisor
Demonstrate proper use of all cleaning equipment and tools
Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Model positive customer service skills at all times
Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

LOVE CLEANING THOROUGHLY!

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in professional cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping role
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance
Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

1+ years experience in professional cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping role
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
