We are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our students. We are currently seeking diligent and dependable Cleaning Personnel to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Personnel will be responsible for the routine cleaning and maintenance of the school's housing facilities. This includes preparing housing for incoming and departing students to ensure a welcoming and hygienic living environment. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. A company car will be provided for transportation between housing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in student housing facilities.

- Clean and maintain common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

- Prepare housing units for incoming students, including changing linens, restocking supplies, and ensuring rooms are in excellent condition.

- Conduct thorough cleaning of housing units following student departures.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.

- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment.

- Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.

- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
