Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, integrity, and strong work ethics. As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining homes according to the company's standards to our valued clients satisfaction.

As a requirement, you will need to have your own vehicle and cleaning supplies to perform cleaning services. This job is a contract based position. You will be paid in full on Bi-weekly basis and you will need to file your own taxes at the end of year along with your own expenses.

The number of jobs you will get in a week or month solely depends on clients feedback. If they are happy with your work you will get more jobs.

You need to have a phone to clock in and out for the jobs and receive list of things that needs to be done.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
Make beds and change linens as required
Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Empty trashes and transport waste to disposal areas
Follow hygiene, health and safety guidelines
Follow cleaning checklist provided to you by our operation team.
Value client opinions and uphold customer satisfaction
Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleaning standards are met

Requirements:

Own a vehicle - REQUIRED
Valid G driver licence - REQUIRED
Provide Clean Background Check - REQUIRED
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper - Two Reffrences are REQUIRED
Have your own cleaning supplies - based on the list Provided by our operation team further on- REQUIRED
Be open to travel for work-Preferbly GTA, If not cities nearby your residential address - REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail - REQUIRED
Good customer service
Ability to work efficiently without supervision
Good communication skills
Physical stamina and mobility (ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods)

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in residential cleaning
Strong Customer Service
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
We are flexible to train and Training will be Paid.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 per hour
