Job Overview:

We are a women owned cleaning & organizing company seeking experienced independent cleaning contractor(s). The ideal person/team will be well versed in; residential, move in/move out, commercial, post construction, and deep cleaning. Ideally, this person will also be experienced/knowledgeable in de-cluttering and organizing.

Qualifications:

- At least one year professional house cleaning experience
- Must provide general liability certificate of insurance for business
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment ( and have knowledge of what products to use based upon scope of work)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to execute provided cleaning checklist based upon scheduled job

-Must be able to communicate effectively for jobs

-Must be diligent with time management

-Ability to work with a team or independently

Pay

We offer hourly for post construction and commercial cleaning 25-35/hr based on scope of work

Residential jobs we offer a percentage 50-60% plus any tips are paid out to provider

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 30 per week
