Job Title: Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers, who have a deep love for seniors, to join our tribe on our mission to provide our seniors opportunities for mental and physical well-being in a safe and supportive home like environment. Our Caregivers will assist our seniors with activities of daily living, personal care, and companionship, promoting their independence and well-being.

With dignity, compassion and care, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with ambulation and medication administration and reminders
- Assist with ambulation, mobility and transfers
- Cooking, cleaning and laundry services

- Engage our seniors in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals , family members, and other caregivers
- Document care provided and any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications:
- CNA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for seniors needing assistance with activities of daily living.

- Exceptional communication skills

- Reliable transportation

- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

- Proof of current TB testing

- Current CPR/First Aid card

- Pass a Level II background check

- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position

- Mature, caring, punctual and reliable

- Authorization to work in the USA

- Speaks fluent English

Job duties include but are not limited to:-

Assist with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication administration and reminders, bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting, and protective supervision.
Update and coordinate with staff on any changes of condition.
Follow company Infection Control practices; notify the office if in need of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies.

Job Requirements

Obtain or have a current TB test
Have an up-to-date and cleared Level II criminal background check
Speak fluent English
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Must possess excellent communication skills
Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
Provide verifiable professional and personal references
No schedule limitations
