Responsibilities and Duties Required

Clean and maintain carpets.

Clean, strip, wax, and buff vinyl flooring.
Maintain the facility to a clean and sanitary condition. Maintain all floor surfaces using standard tools and techniques.
Maintain inventory of products and cleaning supplies, stock areas as needed.
Maintain restrooms to clean and sanitary condition, including detail cleaning of all fixtures, floor, walls, and partitions.
Clean all surfaces, microwaves, refrigerators in break and kitchen areas.
Clean all common areas including vacuuming all carpets and mopping hard floors.
Operate floor cleaning machines in main areas and in manufacturing areas.
Dispose of trash in offices as well as common areas.
Clean windows and sidewalks as needed.
Maintain outside areas, including parking areas, from trash, weeds, and unwanted grass.
Assist Maintenance department in special projects as needed, to include painting. Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills Required

High school diploma
5 years related experience
Must have the ability to interact positively with associates.
Must be able to work independently at a fast pace, follow directions.
Must be able to communicate and read English proficiently.
Must be able to comply with company policy and procedures. Must possess the ability to understand and execute a variety of company procedures, policies and must be multi-task oriented.

Job, Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, items up to 50 pounds. Must be in good physical condition and be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for length of shift.

Visual Acuity:

Visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected.
Close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to read computer screen and documents.

Hearing Ability:

Normal hearing or corrected to normal. Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes to take appropriate action.
