Hair Salon Assistant

The House of Blondes Salon by Christina Payton is located in the heart of downtown Naples. We are a high-end large salon, specializing in color, cuts and extensions.

We are seeking to grow our team! We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time salon assistants in our ever growing salon to support our current stylists. Ideal for high school or college student or individual looking for extra work. Cosmetology license is not required. This is not a stylist training position.

Our ideal candidate must embody the following:

Professional demeanor, verbal communication (proficient in English language) and appearance at all times
Dependable, team player, self-motivated and eager to learn
Able to multitask, learn quickly, work hard and strive for excellence
High attention to detail
Efficient at time management
Meticulous at cleaning
Able to stand for long periods of time

Professional requirements:

1 year experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
Salon experience a plus, Beauty School students welcome!

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients
Shampoo clients
Regular upkeep of salon cleaning
Laundry

We offer:

Great hourly rate plus tips while assisting

Availability Requirements:

Tues, Wed, Thurs 2:30-8:30, Fri 9-5 (flexibility to cover Saturdays occasionally a plus!)
Available for paid staff meetings 1st Friday of every month 9-11am
Attend additional paid virtual department meetings as scheduled
