Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless, organized, and welcoming. This role is crucial in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to maintain hygiene standards.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
