Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contents and Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning, handling, and restoration of personal and commercial property that has been damaged by water, fire, smoke, or mold. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate with advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Restoration: Clean and restore personal and commercial property items affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold damage.
Handling and Packing: Carefully handle, pack, and transport items to and from the job site.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of items processed and stored.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing updates on the status of their belongings and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and stand for extended periods.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
