As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within residential and commercial facilities. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Duties:

Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Utilize equipment to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors.
Act as a porter by emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as cleaning restrooms and common areas.
Execute custodial duties to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
Implement cleaning practices to ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants.
Experience in industrial cleaning techniques to address specific cleaning needs.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices to maintain professional spaces.

Experience:

Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with performance bonuses.
