Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Restoration Technician with a strong background in art to join our expert team. As an Art Restoration Technician, you will play a vital role in reviving damaged artwork, ensuring each piece retains its original beauty and significance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, assess and evaluate the condition of damaged artworks.
Develop and implement restoration plans tailored to each piece's specific needs.
Perform meticulous cleaning, repair, and restoration of various art forms, including paintings, sculptures, framed photos, figurines, and more.
Use specialized tools and techniques to restore artwork to its pre-loss condition.
Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and provide updates on the restoration process.
Maintain detailed records of restoration work and materials used.
Stay updated with the latest restoration techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Art Restoration, Conservation, or a related field.
Proven experience in art restoration or conservation.
Strong understanding of art history, materials, and techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in restoration work.
Ability to work with various art media, including oil paintings, watercolors, ceramics, and more.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle delicate and valuable artworks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Passion for preserving and restoring art to its original condition.
