What is Legacy all about?

Our 2nd generation family-owned company prides itself on our superior customer service that seeks to give our customers some shock and awe with the level of service that we provide. We are centrally located in Dublin and provide service in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties (Along the 680 corridor). Cleaning fine textiles and flooring may be what we do, but people are our passion! Job Title: Team Leader

Position Summary: Cleaning flooring and textiles to company standards, while providing the customer with the highest-quality experience.

It’d be cool if you had these skills/qualifications:

2+ years of cleaning experience
Basic understanding of math & square footage
Coachable attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Able to lift & carry 75 pounds
Able to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Clean background check, and good driving record

It’d be even COOLER if you had these skills/qualifications:

IICRC Certification
Good understanding of PH
A Master’s Degree in Bio Chemecarpet Engineering – not really, that’s a totally made up word, but if you come to an interview with a terrible looking, clearly-a-fraud, college degree certificate for a Master’s Degree in Bio Chemecarpet Engineering, that’d be pretty funny.
A good sense of humor

How much money can I make? This varies depending on qualifications, but well qualified cleaners can range from $25-$30/hr. A roadmap is available for how to make more!

Is there anything that would disqualify me from working at Legacy? Yep! Those that can’t pass a background check, have a bad driving record (uninsurable), have a crappy attitude, jerks, whiners, nincompoops, negative Nancy’s, dingleberrys, buttheads, and fans of Michael Bolton.
