Position Overview:
As a Janitor at Superior Gardens LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our facilities. You will be responsible for a variety of custodial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

About You:
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in custodial services or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling activities.
- Ensure proper care of floors including buffing and floor maintenance.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Working Conditions:
- Engage in industrial cleaning activities within commercial spaces. This is a lager facility 40,00 square ft.
- Utilize cleaning equipment for various tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical activities such as bending, lifting, and standing are expected.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred.
- Knowledge of residential painting or facilities maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks related to floor care and industrial cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
