We are looking for experienced cleaners to clean airbnb and vrbo properties in the Charlotte area!

~MUST be able to work Sundays & Mondays

~Starting pay is $15/hour with ability to make more.

~MUST have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

~MUST have cleaning supplies.

Hours of operation:

Typical hours are 930am-4pm

Units check out at 10am or 11am

You will be responsible for picking up linens at the storage facility 30 minutes prior to the start time of your first booking.

Responsibilities Include:

~Picking up laundry and clean linens from storage unit at the beginning of the day

~Performing interior cleaning of short term rental units

~Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks

~Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances

~Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs

~Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring

~Home organization, staging and beautification

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, carpet cleaning, hotel cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
