Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work
- Knowledge of buffing, floor care, and maintaining various surfaces
- Familiarity with residential painting and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform tasks related to facilities maintenance
- Understanding of industrial cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Experience as a porter is a plus
