Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Window Cleaner to train with our existing contractors or plan to manage their own team.

Mostly Residential (under three story buildings)
Windows, screens, light fixtures, any additional requested glass surfaces.
Must be able to perform jobs with squeegee, or RO system for specialty jobs only.
Pressure cleaning experience and ability is a plus.

Pay is percentage based per job per item.
Percentage is negotiated and varies per job type, tenure, and administrative needs of subcontractor. This is a 1099 position.

Responsibilities:
- Clean windows and other glass surfaces, including skylights, doors, and mirrors
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers and office supporting staff
- Provide own reliable transportation to and from jobs
- Identify and report any damage to windows or surrounding areas

- Must be able to provide own liability insurance

Skills:
-Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
