Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, tidy, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the facility to ensure high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Address guest/residents complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, cleaning schedules, and inventory management.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
