Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows of commercial and residential properties
Pressure wash around exterior parts of the property

Requirements:

Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning but not necessary
Training and equipment will be provided
NEED to drive a SUV or TRUCKS

Skills:
- Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
