Your Core Duties:
In your role as a Houseman, your daily responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and room amenities.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting various surfaces and fixtures.
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
Efficiently emptying trash bins and disposing of waste.
Restocking essential supplies like toiletries and cleaning products.
Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Adhering strictly to all hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards and procedures.

Skills We're Looking For:

Proven experience or knowledge in floor care and various cleaning techniques.
Familiarity with housekeeping best practices and procedures.
A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Strong time management skills.
Understanding of hospitality industry norms and customer service fundamentals.
Ability to work well independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Previous hotel or similar environment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
Capable of performing various custodial duties.
