Do you have carpet cleaning experience? If so, we are interested in your skill set. Candidate will report to our newly added and remodeled Greencastle office and work with our mitigation teams to provide high level response and service to clients in their time of need. Candidate responsibilities include but are not limited to Water Extraction, Controlled Demolition, Mold Remediation, Equipment Set-Up, Take Down and Monitoring.

Basic Requirements:

Experience using Moisture Mapper and/or MICA software platforms
Carpet cleaning experience
IICRC Certified in WRT/ASD/AMRT
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Water Mitigation Experience, Certifications or Restoration Experience is required
Able to work After Hours as needed
Dependable transportation
Able to climb a ladder
Able to lift at least 45 pounds
Able to work in confined spaces as needed
Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity
Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required
Ability to successfully obtain and maintain industry specific certifications through IICRC
