Greaseman Services of the First Coast is a full-service used cooking oil recycling company and commercial kitchen services provider located in Jacksonville, FL. Along with collecting and recycling used fryer oil, we also specialize in kitchen exhaust system cleaning, grease trap pump outs, line jetting, deep cleaning, and pressure washing.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking to join our growing organization covering Jacksonville and surrounding areas, i.e. Duval, Nassau, Clay, and St John’s counties. No experience required, on the job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, and dependable individual, possessing exceptional work ethic, and strong attention to detail. This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy being part of a team, along with a desire to work in a challenging, hands on, fast-paced, and rugged work environment.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

● Power wash commercial kitchen exhaust systems to include hoods, duct work, filters and exhaust fans per company and industry standards

● Meet or exceed the cleaning standards as outlined by applicable National and municipal fire code

● Document results, and submit reports of work completed in an accurate and timely manner per company protocol

● Communicate with clients as needed, and provide excellent customer service

● Protect and maintain company issued equipment and vehicles

● Abide by company policies to maintain a safe working environment relating to workplace safety, standard operating procedures, and personal protective equipment

● Other related duties as instructed by a supervisor

Requirements

● Valid US Drivers License, and Clean Driving Record

● Physical ability to perform tasks i.e., climbing ladders, working at heights, operating industrial pressure washing equipment

● Ability to safely lift +50lbs

● Flexible schedule, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

● Available to work Night shift/Overnight shift hours, i.e. 10pm – 6am, 12am – 8am, etc.

● Safely and effectively operate and/or utilize pressure washing equipment, scrapers, and degreasers (Caustic Soda)

● Demonstrated ability to independently complete tasks with minimal supervision

● Team player with excellent time management ability and strong work ethic

Education / Certifications / Licenses

● Valid US Driver’s License, clean driving record

● Prior experience in cleaning or commercial kitchens a plus but not required

● IKECA Certifications highly preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
