Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs - Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies - Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times Experience: - Proven experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance - Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums - Experience with residential painting is a plus - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards Requirements: - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred - Ability to lift and move heavy equipment or supplies when necessary - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cleanliness and maintenance, we encourage you to apply for this position.
