Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Professional Cleaner at Be2Clean LLC, you will:

Clean and Sanitize: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchens in residential and commercial properties.
Efficient Time Management: Ensure that cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated time (typically between 1.5 to 3 hours per home).
Driving Included: Drive to job sites within a 40-mile radius. The hourly rate includes compensation for driving.
Lead and Organize: Take the lead in organizing your cleaning team and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. This includes guiding 2-3 cleaners, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
Specialized Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of appliances, windows, and patios as requested by clients.
Inspect and Report: For vacation rentals and move-in/move-out cleanings, inspect properties for damages and report findings to management.
Technology Use: Experience with smartphones or tablets is preferred to help manage daily tasks and schedules.
Professional and Positive Attitude: Engage with customers in a friendly and polite manner, ensuring their satisfaction with every service.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience with a cleaning company. Experience must be certified.
Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to job sites within 40 miles of Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte.
Leadership: Ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring efficiency and quality in every job.
Professionalism: Must handle feedback positively, be responsible, diligent, and able to integrate into different teams across residential and commercial divisions, adapting to various schedules and service hours.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
Language: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
