Vito’s Pool Service is a family owned and operated pool service company servicing the Plano, Frisco & McKinney area.

Our business is growing and we are currently seeking someone to fill the full time position of lead pool cleaning technician. We are looking for positive, motivated people to join our team. Experience in the industry is required.

Pool Cleaning Responsibilities
-Manage a daily pool route (test pool water and balance accordingly, , clean skimmers, leaf traps, cleaner bags, and pump baskets, brush walls and steps, skim pool, vacuum pools)
- Adjust chemical levels in pools
-Log and record all chemical dosages, readings, and fill out checklist on Skimmer App accurately for every pool serviced.
-Communicate professionally with clients and relay all information to management
-Answer and communicate with management on the phone at any given time. Be proactive in your communication.

Requirements and qualifications

POOL CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. SMALL REPAIRS/FILTER CLEAN EXPERIENCE PREFFERED.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience handling customers
Be respectful to customers
Valid Drivers License with clean record

Schedule: Monday through Friday responsible for approximately 40-80 pools a week. Tight, local routes. Filter cleans, and other small repairs(not required but extra $$ opportunities) as well as opportunity to get hands on training when done with pool route assisting repair tech and get payed to do so! Saturdays are optional if pools are finished for week. if youd like to do filter cleans on Saturdays we can set that up as well
