We are looking for a Lead Cleaner with open availability. This position will involve overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of cleaners.
Maintain cleanliness standards through inspections.
Manage supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Leadership skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Must have open availability.

Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques
Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently
Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of proper cleaning products and equipment for different surfaces

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
