Join our team as a Post-Construction Cleaner and play a vital role in preparing newly constructed or renovated spaces for occupancy. Your responsibilities will include removing debris, dust, and construction materials, as well as cleaning surfaces and fixtures to ensure a pristine and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove debris, dust, and construction materials from all areas of the construction site.
Clean surfaces, floors, walls, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and any leftover construction residue.
Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.
Dispose of waste materials in designated containers and ensure proper recycling practices are followed.
Inspect work areas for cleanliness and address any areas that require additional attention.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in post-construction cleaning or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
