## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team temporarily Aug 5, 2024 for a period of 4-6 weeks. additional regular work may be available after this contract work period. This will be full time work and require a dependable person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive personality. The ideal candidate will be working with 1 or 2 other team members. Compensation for the use of your personal vehicle to get you to the Job sites will be based on the distance from our location in Roseville when necessary. You will be required to work and stay out of town over night some of this time.

## Duties

- Cleaning carpets & upholstery

- Cleaning bathroom floors and fixtures

- Cleaning other flooring surfaces

## Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or related field is preferred

- Strong English communication skills

- Current drivers license with good driving record
- Ability to clean efficiently while paying attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
