Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager located in Tonawanda, NY. The Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of commercial cleaning services. This includes supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality control, managing schedules, and maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment. This role will include speaking to customers and ensuring overall operations are handled day to day. This person will have a varying schedule, including office work and field work, as needed. The position is full time but can be flexible around your schedule. Some nights and weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
Ability to create and implement cleaning plans and procedures
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications or training in cleaning or facilities management is a plus
