Automotive Detailer Duties

Your specific duties as an auto detailer will include:

Thoroughly cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles for sale, for delivery, or for customers in accordance with dealership standards
Using power tools, waxes, cleaning solvents, protective coatings, etc. to restore vehicles to like-new condition
Performing advanced detailing services as needed: wet sand to remove scratches, buff dull areas, removing water spots, etc.
Quality control and training to lead the detail team and maintain high quality standards
Keeping your shop area neat, clean, and organized, following all safety procedures and requirements
Other duties as required

Auto Detailer Requirements

As an Automotive Detailer, you must be dependable with an eye for details and a commitment to quality.

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Detailer position include:

Automotive detailing experience
Flexibility and ability to perform all types of detailing work
Valid driver's license
Verifiable work history
Ability to engage in physical work for extended periods
Desire to develop and lead
