Maintenance Technician (North Hutchinson Island)

Job Description:

Basic Plumbing – Repair and replace bathroom fixtures, toilets, flaps, faucets, sinks etc. Maintain and repair irrigation system, including PVC pipe fittings, joints and glue connections, sprinkler heads, rotor, valves, nozzles etc. Expected to work closely with the landscaping contractor.
Painting General – Paint common element facilities, offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, fences, lamp posts, sign posts, car stops etc.
Pool maintenance of furniture.
Cleaning of clubhouse, rec hall, and bathrooms.
Garbage and recycling pick-up.
