Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in office spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for regular maintenance
- Notify management of any repairs needed

Skills:
- Experience in custodial and floor care
- Ability to clean, buff, and maintain various surfaces
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment
- Understanding of porter duties
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance
