Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Aircraft Parts Cleaning Technician with a passion for aviation. This role involves using specialized equipment to clean aircraft parts to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain abrasive blasting and high-pressure cabinet washing equipment.
Handle and prepare abrasive blasting machines and materials.
Mask areas of parts to protect them during the cleaning process.
Load parts into cleaning cabinets and operate machinery to clean them.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specified standards.
Use solvents to clean metal and non-metal parts, removing organic finishes.
Document all work accurately and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Capable of working while sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in ongoing random screenings.
