```Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

MUST HAVE CURRENT FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION ******

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms

- Perform floor care duties, such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors

- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Experience:

Qualifications

- Ability to handle physical workload

- Lift up to 50 lbs

- Forklift experience a MUST

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

- Integrity and ability to work independently

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Familiarity with floor care procedures, including buffing and waxing

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
