Job Details:

Position: Restoration Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform restoration work in various settings, including residential and commercial properties.
Clean and sanitize affected areas to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants.
Conduct mold remediation tasks to prevent further damage and ensure a safe environment.
Utilize power tools and equipment to assist in restoration processes.
Apply industry-standard techniques and practices for effective restoration.
Restore damaged structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance as needed.
Assist in fire restoration efforts, including smoke and odor removal.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all restoration activities.
Participate in asbestos abatement procedures when necessary.
Handle additional tasks and duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
