The ideal candidate will have knowledge of custodial services, able to work independently, perform physical labor including heavy lifting up to 75 pounds, pass a physical exam, communicate verbally and in writing, have some computer skills, and be able to plan work around changing priorities. The position requires positive work ethic, High School diploma or equivalent, and passing a background check.
